Please ask any questions before ordering. I describe items in detail but sometimes might miss something that you need to know. Please have a ruler handy if you are measuring for an item to fit in a special place. Remember sometimes items in pictures can look bigger or smaller, please take note on all measurements. I don't mind answering any kind of question about an item, I will give an honest answer and the best answer to my ability. I want you happy with the purchase that you make from my shop, and have a wonderful shopping experience online. Sometimes it is a thrill to receive something in the mail that you have been waiting for, and nothing is worse than feeling you got cheated on an item's description. I believe in offering wonderful, quality products at a reasonable price. That is what you will always find in my shop, and that is what I will always offer.
All my in-stock items are handled with great care. None of my items are intended to be a childs toy unless indicated.

In-stock items ship Monday thru Saturday using USPS, I provide tracking information so you can see when to expect your package. For any items that may be out of stock, I will email you with an estimated ship date ...usually within 7 - 10 days you should receive your merchandise. I stay closely in touch with you to make sure that every purchase is met with your expectations. I want you to receive your merchandise in a timely manner. If you should have any special time frame that an item is needed, please contact me and I will do everything possible to accommodate you. If there is a item that says it is "Out of Stock" Please let me know that you are in need of it and I will expedite it into my store for you and give you a ship date of when to expect it, I can send you a seperate invoice through paypal.
Payment please should be made through PAYPAL, if you do not have a paypal account you can enter in on the guest tab and input your credit card information...you can even do a e-check through paypal....it is a secure way to pay online. If you choose to mail a money order or cashier's check, please contact me for further information...that is not a problem, just know I will put a hold for the check to clear. I can also send you a bill through paypal if you want me to, just make sure I have your current email address to do so and email me what you would like.
Each month, for each item purchased through my store, your name will automatically go into a drawing for a gift...it could be for an item or a coupon code. If you are the winner I will contact you via email.
Frequent Buyer Program is a simple incentive program ...spend $100.00 in a month receive a code for 5% off your next purchase. Spend over $200 and that will be a 15% discount! Return policy is a simple one. Seasonal and handmade merchandise is not returnable.......all sales final also any clearance items are not returnable. A 20% restocking fee will be taken from credit if returned without contact and 7 days after receipt of purchase. Must be returned the same way shipped, in original packaging please. Returns are accepted and given in the form of a merchandise credit minus any shipping costs. Please contact me letting me know about the product return. Returns must be sent back within 7 to 10 days in any original packaging. I want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
